Sr. Member Service Representative/Head Teller (Long Island, NY) - Individual must be a team player with exceptional communication skills, friendly, helpful, and patient. Processes transactions on existing member accounts when appropriate.  Researches accounts for discrepancies.  Actively listens to members and begins to identify and recommend products and/or services.  Responds to and resolves member inquiries and concerns. Ability to recognize and act upon sales opportunities. Minimum of one-year financial industry customer/member experience preferred. Must be willing to travel between branches in Long Island.
