Directions: Take Interstate 495 (LIE) to Exit 53 North (Sagtikos Parkway). Take the parkway to Exit SM4W (Pulaski Road). Follow Pulaski Road to the first light. Make a right turn onto Bread and Chees Hollow Road. Go approximately 3/4 mile and make a left turn at the horse farm (you will see the barn on the corner). Then make the first right onto Middleville Road and go to the top of the hill. The back entrance to the VA Hospital is on your left. Enter the complex and follow signs to Building 200.
