Thank You

We want to thank you for your continued feedback concerning our new online banking platform, My Credit Union Online. We understand that there have been some concerns and questions regarding the new features available to you. In the effort of quality service and communication, we have added some of these questions to our My Credit Union Online FAQs.

Will the recurring scheduled transfers that I set up with the previous online banking platform be affected?

Yes. Unfortunately, at this time, recurring scheduled transfers are not available on the new platform. This feature, however, will be available in the next release, coming soon. These transfers will not be carried over to the new platform. Please call a friendly member service representative at 888.322.3732 to see if these transfers can be set up for you internally. We would be pleased to assist you.

Will I be able to customize the timeout setup in the new platform?

The timeout setting has been set globally for all of our users. For your security, we have set your session to timeout after 10 minutes if there are no key strokes detected and after 20 minutes per sign in session.

Will I be able to download my account information into Quicken or Microsoft Money software?

Yes, My Credit Union Online does support certain versions of these interfaces.

How do I enroll in eStatements?

To enroll in eStatements, you must first login to My Credit Union Online. From there, you can click on eStatements on the left hand side of your browser to start self-enrollment in eStatements. Keep in mind that you will no longer receive paper statements once enrolled in eStatements.

How do I enroll in Bill Pay?

To enroll in Bill Pay, you must first login to My Credit Union Online. From there, you can click on Bills on the left hand side of your browser to start the process of setting up your bills and payees.

Is my password case sensitive?

I bookmarked the old online banking site on my PC. Can I bookmark My Credit Union Online?
