Who We Are
FAA Eastern Region Federal Credit Union (FAA ER FCU) was organized in 1948 to serve a small group of Civil Aeronautics Administration (currently the Federal Aviation Administration) employees. A group of seven people pooled together one share each at $5.00 per share to initiate the original charter. Today, however, FAA ER FCU serves a wide array of employee groups throughout the northeastern United States. FAA ER FCU is currently a $180 Million credit union serving over 23,000 members. Like all credit unions, FAA ER FCU is a non-profit organization, which returns profits to the members in the form of extraordinary lending and savings products.
There are seven
branches in four states, including New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and New Hampshire. In addition, FAA ER FCU's Member Call Center allows members to speak directly to a Financial Service Associate that can provide members with immediate assistance with most transactions, loan applications and other credit union services from a toll-free number (1-888-FAA ER FCU).
FAA ER FCU's staff is continually trained and updated on the latest technological developments to provide members with the best selection of products and services available. However, the employees' focus is, and always will be, servicing the financial needs of each individual member.
